Return Policy

SuitableforU team follows a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase-

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before the shipment has been dispatched.
    As for Prepaid Orders, cancellation can be done if the request for the same is made within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment. No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.


  • If you face any size issue with the product delivered, then you can mail us on “ or can call us on 7300084136 within 7 days of the delivery.

  • If the desired size for exchange is not available, we will issue a credit note and email it to you which will be valid for 3 months from the date of the issuance.
    Further, International Orders are NOT eligible for returns.

  • Please note that WE DO NOT PROVIDE FOR RETURN COURIER PICKUP FACILITY. In the event of exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to our warehouse. The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us (only if the request for return is made within 7 days of the delivery).
    Further, an item can be exchanged only ONCE. No exchange will be accepted if the order is placed using the credit note.

  • Please mention your name, address, contact number & order no. along with the size needed on the parcel.
    After the return reaches our warehouse for exchange, we will check the product and see if they are eligible for exchange. Once approved, the exchange will be done for a smaller or bigger size.

  • We will not be liable for any damage that happens during the return shipping.
    Items returned must be unused, undamaged, unworn & unwashed.
    Items must not have any perfume smell.

  • Exchange/Return is not accepted in the following cases-

    • There can be a color difference of 10-12% due to the screen resolutions & lights. No exchange can be done for the same.
    • If the customer does not like the material or color of the product. Please read the details of the product before placing the order.
    • No returns will be accepted on customized or sale items or items purchased with a coupon or a gift voucher.

  • Damaged/Wrong delivery- If the return is because of an error on our part (damaged, defective or incorrect item sent), we will replace the product and will send a fresh piece.
